From materials incoming to product out-going inspection, we have a fully implemented quality procedure system to ensure each steps are controlled, through first article inspection to process capabilities study(PPAP), we guarantee production is stable and correctness. All steel/resin we used is strictly following customers' specification, genuine steel purchased certificates and property specification of plastic raw materials are always available if customer made request.

Strict quality control means lower re-work rate, lower wastage, higher efficient, short delivery term, it benefit our own, it would benefit our customer in turn.
