Q&A of Saving energy by using VFD for injection molding
Q: Which method will you use to save energy and improve the efficiency for plastic injection molding? And for some drawbacks, the injection molding machine may not work as we expect.
A: The product is called variable frequency drive (VFD) with PLC from Gozuk. We add software and expertise to the project to profile for successful energy reductions and known as the best technology on the Planet for injection molding machine energy reductions.
The last comment is not relevant to our VFD technology. The machine must work as before installation or the client keeps we ransom. 12 years and running over 3,500,000 hours without issues on all different molding scenarios IE long cycles vs. faster cycles.
Q: Which kind of measurements will you adopt to save energy during the injection molding process?
Throughout the entire cycle our VFD technology searches for energy savings...and is second to none. On our PLC touch screen the energy savings are display for each and every shot!"
Q: Which methods for increasing the efficiency?
A: Our VFD "We control the motor speed and soft start will deliver the optimum oil needed to move the injection molding machine thru the cycle without compromises"
Q: What are the advantages or disadvantages of your method?
A: Advantages are plentiful just a few, reduced energy = greater profits.
With Greater margins achieved you will be more competitive.
IMM runs cooler, quitter and with less motor wear.
You will identify the exact cost of kWh per part molded.
